The four steps in detail
Sending a request is the first step, and it does not commit you to the rest.
- Choose the service closest to your concern and tell us, in your own words, what you have noticed and what you want to ask.
- Your request goes to a local provider who serves Houston. From here, that provider handles everything with you directly.
- The provider reaches out to arrange a consultation. This is a good time to ask what it costs and how long it takes.
- During the consultation, a licensed provider asks questions, may look closely at your scalp, and tells you which options they think fit. Whether you go ahead is up to you.
What happens once the form is sent
- Your request is passed to a local provider.
- The provider contacts you by phone, text or email.
- You talk about your concern and, if you like, set up a consultation.
- The provider explains any cost before you agree to anything.
You are never obliged to book. If you would rather not go ahead, tell the provider, reply STOP to any text, or use the contact details on the privacy page.
Your details and your choices
- What goes to the provider: your name, email, phone, the service you chose and your message.
- Why: so they can contact you about a consultation.
- What to leave out: anything you would rather say in person. A short description is enough.
- How to stop: reply STOP to texts, or write to the address on the privacy page to withdraw consent or have your details deleted.
